1.30 p.m. Travel on foot to Kirivehera (The Milky Dagoba-Dome) built on sacred energy site sanctified by the feet of the Buddha

8.00 p.m. ‘KAVADI’ DANCE
All delegates may join-in a traditional session of Kavadi dance, a time hallowed sacred dance of devotion dedicated to God Skanda, performed whilst carrying a semi-circular canopy of peacock feathers (symbolizing the peacock mount of Skanda) on the dancers’ shoulder, to the accompaniment of rhythmic Kavadi music provided by the Kavadi band.
(Optional. The dancing takes place en-route to and from, and, in the precincts of the sacred shrine of God Skanda

Medical treatment through Yoga psycho-physiotherapy for mental and physical ailments, as well as Ayurveda and Acupuncture treatment are available on request at a supplementary price of Euros 60 per day.
